A Social Capital Score is visible to landlords, employers, insurers, and eventually to the people standing next to you. The T-Shirt Subscription converts an invisible number into a garment, so the disclosure happens on your schedule instead of a lender's. Base subscription: $49/mo. Automatic re-issue on any tier crossing: $12/shirt.
Bronze
Effective monthly cost: $49 + (3.1 × $12) = $86.20.
Silver
Effective monthly cost: $49 + (1.4 × $12) = $65.80.
Gold
Effective monthly cost: $49 + (0.3 × $12) = $52.60.
Platinum
Effective monthly cost: $49.00 flat. Fewer than 0.2% of subscribers reach this tier.
Re-issue frequency can be dampened independently of tier with the Stability Package ($29/mo). The Stability Package changes how often the subscription notices a tier crossing. It does not change the score. Subscribers who want the underlying number to move are directed to the Neighborhood Audit and Friend Portfolio Review products above.
Subscribers who believe their score is incorrect may request a review. Review takes four to six weeks; the score continues calculating during that period. A $47 review fee applies whether or not the review finds an error, categorized internally as administrative processing rather than a penalty, since a penalty would imply the review itself was avoidable.
- Score adjustments are entered only after corroboration from two independent data providers.
- Recalculations are confirmed identical across three independent passes before publication.
- Published member testimonials are matched against the subscriber's account and current tier before use.
- The Score Assurance Desk audits its own review outcomes on a quarterly cycle. Findings are retained internally.
Cancelling the subscription does not remove the underlying score. Historical SCS data is retained for seven years under standard data governance. Cancellation itself is entered as a scoring event, fixed at -31 points and categorized as loyalty risk, and former subscribers continue to appear in the Friend Portfolio Review results run by current subscribers.
Subscribers may transfer an unused automatic re-issue to another member through the Wardrobe Solidarity Program. Each transfer increases the donor's score volatility rating by two points, logged internally as generosity risk. The Program remains available. Uptake is monitored.
"My score fell eleven points after I helped a neighbor move a refrigerator. He is unemployed. I did not know that when I agreed to help."R.K., SCS 738, Silver Tier, Logistics Coordinator
"The Stability Package did not change my score. It changed how often I had to explain it. At $29 a month, that was the cheaper problem to solve."Anonymous, SCS 812, Gold Tier
