Position
The parent does nothing, and that is the product. Operations create liability. Liability
attaches to the entity that operates. Everything Group therefore operates nothing: it holds,
it receives, and it is not a party. When a division is asked to account for itself, it accounts
for itself. When a division is asked who benefits, the question leaves the division and arrives
here, where there is no one at the desk, because there is no desk.
On row H-05. Nothing Holdings appears above as a wholly owned holding. Nothing Holdings'
own filings list Everything Group's operating certificate as an asset it holds. Both statements
are on the public record in the same registry, filed the same week in the 1970s, and neither
has been challenged, because a beneficial-ownership loop with no findable bottom is not a filing
error. It is the filing.
