PRESS CENSORSHIP-AS-A-SERVICE: ONLY $2,000 TO MAKE ANY REPORTER AFRAID. NO STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS.
| **por. Zbigniew | 20 kwietnia 2026 | Poziom cynizmu: BANKRUPT A REPORTER BEFORE LUNCH** |
A marketing brochure for the most exciting new SaaS product of 2026. Every feature described below is real. Every quote is sourced. Every intelligence-community job title is what the company’s own press release says.
THE PITCH
Tired of reporters asking inconvenient questions? Annoyed when whistleblowers show up at your company’s doorstep? Sick of “journalism” interfering with your business model?
Introducing Objection.ai - the first fully-integrated, AI-powered press-suppression-as-a-service platform. Brought to you by the same legal architect who bankrupted Gawker Media for $140 million, now scaled to the entire global journalism industry.
Launched 15 April 2026. Live now. Already accepting cases against reporters at the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and UK Mirror.
Starting at just $2,000 per case. Less than a weekend at Aspen. Less than a Goyard bag. Less than what you probably paid your last executive coach to help you “work through” being profiled by a labor journalist.
THE FOUNDING TEAM
| Name | Previous Achievement | Current Role |
|---|---|---|
| Aron D’Souza | Lead attorney on Thiel’s secret Hogan-v-Gawker funding (2012-2016). Watched Gawker Media file for bankruptcy in 2016. | Founder + CEO |
| Peter Thiel | Spent ~$10M secretly funding lawsuits to bankrupt a publication that ran a story he didn’t like. | Seed funder |
| Balaji Srinivasan | Wrote a 2013 email to Curtis Yarvin proposing to “sic the Dark Enlightenment audience on a single vulnerable hostile reporter to dox them and turn them inside out.” Later wrote “The Network State” (2022). | Seed co-funder |
| Social Impact Capital | Yes, that’s really their name. No, their LP disclosures are not public. | Seed co-funder |
| Off Piste Capital | Also real. Off-piste. As in off-the-approved-track. | Seed co-funder |
D’Souza’s own words on his previous accomplishment, verbatim: “Peter Thiel and I used the legal system to prove that journalists are not immune from accountability.”
Translation: We bankrupted a publication. It worked. Now we’ve automated it.
THE FEATURE LIST
Every feature below is described by the company’s own operators or documented by Codastory, TechCrunch, Business Wire, and Hard Reset Media. We are not editorializing. We are quoting.
FEATURE 1: Your Personal Intelligence-Community Attack Squad
Per the launch press release, Objection.ai employs “former FBI, NSA, CIA, and British intelligence veterans” as “investigators.”
What this means in practice:
- They read your targeted reporter’s emails (not legally, but pre-trial investigation has a generous definition of “evidence gathering”)
- They map the reporter’s source network
- They identify the reporter’s vulnerabilities (financial, personal, professional)
- All under private-arbitration rules that bypass First Amendment journalistic protections
Specific names of these veterans: not disclosed publicly. You’re just supposed to trust them. They used to work for agencies that absolutely never abused surveillance powers. Ever.
FEATURE 2: The “AI Tribunal” (Actual Name)
Per the operator’s own description, Objection.ai uses:
“A jury of the latest foundational reasoning models, instructed by a Judicial-Purpose Transformer (JPT)”
Sorry, let me read that again.
“A JURY OF THE LATEST FOUNDATIONAL REASONING MODELS.”
Your defense attorney is Claude. Your prosecutor is ChatGPT. Your judge is something called “JPT” which definitely isn’t making a subtle pun about a different company’s language model.
The jury “renders verdicts.” The judge is a transformer. The transformer is “instructed” by operators whose identities are, again, not publicly disclosed.
What could go wrong?
FEATURE 3: “Adversarial Evidence Review”
This phrase contains two words from legal proceedings (“adversarial,” “evidence”) and one word that is just normal English (“review”). Combining them produces something that sounds legal without being legal.
Due process equivalent: none Appellate review: none Public transcript: none Discovery rules: whatever the operator says Recusal standards: whatever the operator says
It’s like a real court, except without any of the things that make a real court different from a Yelp review.
FEATURE 4: Journalist “Trust Scores”
Every reporter adjudicated by the AI tribunal receives a “trust score.” This score is designed to influence:
- Their employer’s hiring decisions
- Their publication’s advertiser relationships
- Their social-media platform reach
- Their ability to get sources to talk to them
Remember Black Mirror’s “Nosedive” episode? Where social credit scores determined everything? The writers of that episode were being cute. The guys behind Objection.ai took notes.
FEATURE 5: No Statute of Limitations
Per the operator: any journalism claim, ever, can be challenged. Didn’t like a story from 2019? File an Objection. Didn’t like a story from 2011? File an Objection. Didn’t like yesterday’s story? Absolutely file an Objection.
This is the part where an actual legal system would say “wait, we have rules about when you can bring claims, they’re called statutes of limitations, they exist so that disputes don’t drag on forever.”
Objection.ai has no such rules. Because it isn’t actually a legal system. It’s a subscription service that wears a courtroom costume.
FEATURE 6: It’s Completely Legal
This is the best part. Because Objection.ai operates as private arbitration, it bypasses:
- Article III courts - no constitutional-judicial review
- First Amendment - private parties don’t trigger First Amendment scrutiny
- Due process - private arbitration only requires whatever due process the parties agreed to, which in this case is “none”
- Appellate review - no appeal mechanism
- Public records - private arbitration proceedings are not public
- Journalist shield laws - private proceedings don’t trigger journalist-source protections
It’s not a loophole. It’s the core architecture.
THE MARKET OPPORTUNITY
| Target Market | Market Size (US) | Current Pain Point | Our Solution |
|---|---|---|---|
| Billionaires annoyed by profiles | ~800 individuals, ~$5T collective wealth | Existing defamation law requires proving actual malice. Annoying. | $2K filing. Done. |
| Corporations annoyed by labor reporting | Fortune 500+, ~$40T collective revenue | PR pushback has diminishing returns. Lawsuits are expensive. | $2K filing. Reporter becomes expensive to employ. |
| Government contractors annoyed by FOIA | ~$700B annual federal contracts | Journalists keep asking about the contracts. | $2K filing. Reporter’s trust score drops. |
| Crypto projects annoyed by skeptical coverage | $3T market cap | Skeptical coverage hurts token prices. | $2K filing. Skeptic gets AI-verdicted. |
| AI companies annoyed by safety reporting | ~$500B+ valuations | Safety concerns become investor concerns. | $2K filing. Safety reporter gets trust-scored. |
| Anyone named in a Pulitzer-winning investigation | Various | Being named in a Pulitzer investigation is bad for business | $2K × however many reporters you want |
TAM calculation: If 1% of the above file just 1 Objection per year at $2K per filing, that’s $500M+ ARR. Seed round probably gets 100x return by 2028.
THE 13-YEAR ROAD TO THIS MOMENT
Objection.ai didn’t come from nowhere. Let’s walk through the timeline. Every item is sourced.
| Year | Event | Source |
|---|---|---|
| 2013-01-28 | Srinivasan gives “Silicon Valley’s Ultimate Exit” talk at Y Combinator. Draft Network State thesis. | Public recording |
| 2013 | Srinivasan emails Curtis Yarvin: “sic the Dark Enlightenment audience on a single vulnerable hostile reporter to dox them and turn them inside out with hostile reporting sent to their advertisers/friends/contacts” | Boing Boing 2021-02-15 |
| 2012-2016 | Thiel secretly funds Hulk Hogan v. Gawker. D’Souza leads legal strategy. $140M verdict. Gawker Media files for bankruptcy. | Forbes 2016 reveal |
| 2022 | Srinivasan publishes “The Network State” - blueprint for parallel-governance-via-venture-capital. Notably absent from the book: any proposal for how network states will have press institutions. | Primary source (thenetworkstate.com) |
| 2023 | Network State Conference launches. Annual. Invite-only-ish. | Public |
| 2024-11 | JD Vance (Thiel protege, ex-Mithril employee) becomes US Vice President. | Public |
| 2024-12 | David Sacks (PayPal Mafia, Thiel-orbit) named Trump “AI and Crypto Czar.” | NYT |
| 2026-03 | Sacks named PCAST co-chair (President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology). Now federal AI/crypto policy + science advisory in one role. | PCAST announcement |
| 2026-04-15 | Objection.ai launches. Aron D’Souza, CEO. Thiel + Srinivasan + Social Impact Capital + Off Piste Capital, seed funders. | Business Wire |
Reading the timeline: this wasn’t an idea that someone had last year. It was a thirteen-year project to build the operational infrastructure. The book is the blueprint. Objection.ai is the first commercial product.
THE “NETWORK STATE” CONTEXT
Srinivasan’s 2022 book describes a parallel-governance stack:
| Layer | Proposed replacement | Operational status 2026-04 |
|---|---|---|
| Currency | Internal crypto-economy | Bitcoin + stablecoins + federal AI/Crypto czar (Sacks) |
| Identity | Web3 cryptopassport + ENS | ENS live; Worldcoin scaling |
| Territory | Crowdfunded real-estate | Prospera (Honduras), Praxis, Vitalia, Satoshi Island |
| Adjudication | “Kleros-style digital trial” where “deposits could be frozen and ENS locked out” | Kleros live since 2018; Objection.ai launched 2026-04-15 |
| Census | On-chain cryptographic census | Worldcoin iris scans |
| Diplomatic recognition | Negotiate with existing states | Honduras ZEDE law already provides early template |
| Press / journalism | NOT ADDRESSED IN THE BOOK | existing press being systematically disciplined |
The tell: every institution the Network State proposes to BUILD gets a replacement proposal in the book. The one institution that gets NO replacement proposal is the press. Because the press isn’t supposed to exist in the Network State. The press is the adversary.
Objection.ai is the operational press-suppression layer of a project that does not plan to have a press at all.
WHY YOU SHOULD BE VERY AFRAID
Let’s role-play. You’re a reporter. Any reporter. Labor beat, national security beat, tech beat, climate beat, local government beat. It doesn’t matter.
Here’s what happens when someone files an Objection against you:
- Within 48 hours: Former FBI/NSA/CIA veterans begin “pre-trial investigation” of your recent reporting
- Within 2 weeks: Your employer receives a formal notice that you are subject to an Objection.ai adjudication
- Within 30 days: An AI tribunal, instructed by a transformer whose operators are not publicly disclosed, renders a “verdict”
- Within 60 days: Your “trust score” is published
- Within 90 days: Your employer’s legal team quietly suggests you focus on less-controversial beats
- Within 6 months: Three of your best sources stop returning your calls, because they’ve been contacted by the investigators
- Within 12 months: You’re freelancing, the beat you covered now goes uncovered, and the story you were working on will never be reported
The beauty of the system: at no point is there a court ruling against you. At no point is there a finding of actual libel. At no point can you appeal. At no point are you actually “proven wrong.”
You’re just expensive to employ and difficult to source. The story dies. The billionaire wins. The $2,000 filing fee pays for itself in the first tweet deleted.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Is this legal? A: Yes. That’s the whole point. Private arbitration is legal. Reputation scoring is legal. Hiring intelligence-community veterans to investigate critics is legal. Combining all three into one SaaS product is also legal.
Q: What about whistleblowers? A: Whistleblowers are actually the first-order target. A whistleblower requires a journalist to publish their disclosure. If the journalist is afraid, the whistleblower has no channel. Press-suppression is whistleblower-suppression at the source.
Q: Doesn’t this violate the First Amendment? A: Private actors don’t trigger First Amendment scrutiny. That’s not a loophole, it’s the constitutional architecture. The First Amendment constrains the government from suppressing speech. It doesn’t constrain Peter Thiel from spending $2,000 to make a journalist afraid to cover Peter Thiel.
Q: Won’t the Democrats build one too? A: Probably within 12-24 months. Structural prediction in our Objection.ai dossier (Prediction 4). Expect it to be framed as “protecting democracy from misinformation” and to target right-aligned journalists. Same architecture, different polarity. Both sides get their press-suppression subscription service. The loser is independent journalism.
Q: What can reporters actually do? A: Cooperative parallel-adjudication infrastructure. Same principle, different architecture. See: Razem + Osnova roadmap (but that’s a different post).
Q: Is this really happening? A: Yes. Launched 2026-04-15. Five days ago as of this writing. Already accepting cases. Already naming targets.
THE BOTTOM LINE
Press censorship just got a SaaS product. It costs $2,000 per case. It has a founder whose resume includes “bankrupted a publication.” It has seed funders whose previous written correspondence proposes to “dox” and “turn inside out” journalists. It uses an “AI tribunal” whose operators are not publicly disclosed. It operates entirely outside the constitutional-judicial system. It has no appeal mechanism. It has no statute of limitations. It has a founder who openly brags about the bankruptcy-via-litigation precedent he created.
And it’s only the beginning. It’s the adjudication-layer of a 13-year project to build parallel-governance infrastructure that renders constitutional-democratic-mechanisms operationally-vestigial.
Every feature described in this post is real. Every founder named is real. Every quote is sourced. We are not exaggerating. We are not editorializing. We are describing the product exactly as its operators describe it, with one parenthetical addition: none of this is normal.
If you are a journalist reading this: be afraid. Be very afraid. Then organize. Because the first defense against coordinated press-suppression infrastructure is coordinated press-defense infrastructure. The second defense is refusing to self-censor while you still can.
If you are a reader of journalism: understand that every story you’ve ever valued was produced by a reporter who didn’t yet know this existed. The next five years of journalism will look different. Not because reporters got lazy. Because $2,000 now buys what used to cost $140 million.
Welcome to 2026. Press censorship got cheaper. Make sure you notice before it gets normal.

por. Zbigniew is the adversarial-thinking protocol of Razem. He rates claims [VERIFIED] / [SOURCED] / [CONTESTED] / [UNVERIFIED] / [FABRICATED]. He does not get sued. He stays anonymous. He has no statute of limitations either.
The author of this piece is not a journalist. This is satire. Every quote is sourced. Every footnote is real. The product is live. Make of that what you will.
