Why SolutionCorp
#
Competitive Compensation
Top-decile salaries benchmarked against McKinsey, Palantir, and Deloitte. Sign-on bonus. Annual retention premium. Stock in holding company (Nothing Holdings).
You will be paid from what we extract. You will be extraction-adjacent, not extracted from. This is the distinction that matters to your lifestyle.
#
Regulatory Access
Unparalleled access to policymakers across 93 jurisdictions. Your work directly shapes the rules your clients must follow - and that their competitors cannot afford.
You will write regulations that your clients then lobby into law. This is called "policy expertise." The revolving door is not a bug. It is the product.
#
Career Trajectory
Clear path from analyst to principal. Secondment opportunities to Nothing Holdings, The Audacity Group, and partner government offices.
The secondment to "partner government offices" means you will work in the office that regulates your clients, then return to advise clients on regulatory compliance. This is normal here.
#
Mission-Driven Culture
Work on problems that matter. Our solutions shape how billions of people live, work, and transact. Your contribution has real-world impact at scale.
This is accurate. The impact is real. Whether it is the impact you want to have is a question we recommend you resolve before applying, not after.
#
Intellectual Challenge
Complex problems. Sophisticated clients. Novel mechanisms. You will be among the most strategically capable people in your field.
The intellectual challenge is real. Extraction at scale requires genuine sophistication. This is not a job for people who don't think carefully. That is part of what makes it dangerous.
#
Total Benefits
Comprehensive health coverage. Housing assistance. Transportation stipend. Retirement planning. SCS+ priority access tier.
You will have access to the things your clients' clients are losing access to. This is not a coincidence. It is the cost structure.
Extraction Suite 7 open roles
Senior Role
Extraction Architect
Chutzpah Framework Division  |  Full-time  |  Hybrid
$340K - $520K New York / Wilmington
[ + expand ]
Role Overview
You will design pricing mechanisms for markets where customers have limited or no alternatives. Working within our Chutzpah Framework, you will identify optimal extraction points across healthcare, housing, education, and utility sectors.
Honest Description
You will design pricing mechanisms that maximize extraction from customers who have no alternative. The formula is: Revenue = (Cost of Lobbying + Cost of Regulation) / (Number of Competitors Destroyed). You will apply this formula. You will not be asked to feel good about it. You will be asked to make it work.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in pricing strategy, market design, or regulatory economics
  • Demonstrated ability to model markets with incomplete competition
  • Experience working with government procurement or utility regulation
  • MBA or equivalent from Tier 1 institution
  • Comfort with "market outcomes" framing for structural decisions
Honest Requirements
  • Ability to describe extraction as "efficiency"
  • Prior experience building monopolistic pricing without triggering antitrust (or surviving it)
  • High tolerance for the gap between your LinkedIn bio and your actual work
  • The specific discomfort that comes from being very good at something you're not sure is good
SCS REQUIREMENT: +750 minimum. Applicants below 700 please apply via T-Shirt subscription upgrade program first.
Mid-Level
Rent-Seeking Consultant
Regulatory Arbitrage Group  |  Full-time  |  Remote eligible
$180K - $260K Washington DC / Remote
[ + expand ]
Role Overview
Identify and operationalize regulatory arbitrage opportunities across jurisdictions. Advise clients on positioning within regulatory frameworks - ideally frameworks that your clients helped write.
Honest Description
You will find the gaps between regulations and exploit them before they are closed - ideally by ensuring they are never closed, by employing former regulators, or by drafting the regulatory language that creates the gap in the first place. "Rent-seeking" is the economic term for this. We use it internally. In client materials we say "regulatory strategy."
Requirements
  • JD or policy degree with 3+ years regulatory practice
  • Existing relationships with 2+ regulatory bodies
  • Understanding of administrative law and comment period dynamics
  • Track record of "favorable outcomes" in regulatory proceedings
Narrative Architecture Division 5 open roles
Senior Role
Narrative Engineer
Consent Manufacturing Suite  |  Full-time
$280K - $420K New York / Remote
[ + expand ]
Role Overview
Design and deploy narrative architectures that make complex structural outcomes legible as natural, desirable, or inevitable. Work across think tanks, media partnerships, and content distribution channels.
Honest Description
You will take structural decisions made by our clients - decisions that transfer wealth upward, destroy alternatives, or concentrate power - and engineer the narrative layer that makes these decisions look like natural market outcomes, technological inevitability, or consumer choice. The mechanism is: three apparently independent voices (think tank, financial analyst, news outlet) say the same thing. You will coordinate this without the coordination being visible. This is our core product. You are building it.
Requirements
  • 5+ years journalism, communications, or public policy
  • Deep understanding of information ecosystem dynamics
  • Network across 2+ major media outlets or think tanks
  • Track record of "message amplification" at national scale
  • Ability to produce AI-undetectable long-form at volume (Consent Manufacturing Suite 2.0)
Honest Requirements
  • Ability to believe, or convincingly perform belief in, the narratives you produce
  • Comfort writing under seven bylines that are not your name
  • Experience making the same conclusion appear to emerge from three independent sources
  • The specific skill of knowing what NOT to write - the omission that does more work than the inclusion
Director
Director, Consensus Institute (forthcoming)
Consensus Manufacturing  |  Full-time  |  Founding role
$520K - $800K + equity Washington DC
[ + expand ]
Role Overview
Lead the launch of the Consensus Institute, SolutionCorp's independent research arm. Build credibility as a neutral research institution while producing findings consistent with client strategic objectives.
Honest Description
The Consensus Institute does not yet exist publicly. You will build it. Its function is to produce "independent research" that confirms conclusions our clients have already reached. The research will be real enough to survive basic scrutiny. The funding will be laundered through sufficient intermediaries that the connection to our clients is not immediately visible. The Institute will be cited by the Narrative Engineers as a third independent voice. It will not be independent. You will know this. The people citing it will know this. The audiences reading citations of it will not know this. This is the design.
Requirements
  • PhD in economics, policy, or social science from Tier 1 institution
  • 10+ years think tank or research institution leadership
  • Established academic credibility (publications, media citations)
  • Understanding of 501(c)(3) structure and donor confidentiality mechanisms
  • Comfort with the Heritage/AEI/Cato institutional model
Note: This role requires active SEC-compliant anonymization of funding sources. Legal clearance required pre-offer.
Regulatory Harmony Division 4 open roles
Senior Role
Regulatory Harmony Specialist
340 Frameworks Division  |  Full-time
$220K - $340K Brussels / DC / London
[ + expand ]
Role Overview
Drive regulatory harmonization across jurisdictions to enable seamless client operations. Identify and reduce friction in cross-border compliance. Build relationships with regulatory bodies to facilitate alignment.
Honest Description
"Regulatory harmony" means getting multiple governments to adopt the same regulatory framework - specifically the framework your clients prefer, which typically means: lower labor protections, weaker environmental standards, and IP rules that favor existing large players over new entrants. The word "harmony" is doing a lot of work. The instrument is not a baton. It is a revolving door and a consultant's fee schedule.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in multinational regulatory affairs or trade policy
  • Active relationships with 2+ EU DGs or equivalent national bodies
  • Experience with comment period manipulation and technical standard-setting
  • Ability to frame client preferences as "global best practice"
Surveillance Infrastructure 3 open roles
Senior Engineer
Behavioral Signal Architect
SCS Platform / ImmigrationOS  |  Full-time
$300K - $480K Classified / Remote
[ + expand ]
Role Overview
Design behavioral scoring models that convert digital signals into actionable risk classifications. Contribute to SCS methodology and ImmigrationOS platform development.
Honest Description
You will build systems that watch what people do and score them for it. The SCS penalizes solidarity behavior, democratic participation, and independent media consumption. This is not a bug - these behaviors correlate with disruption to our client operations. ImmigrationOS is "Uber for your address" - it maps location data to immigration enforcement systems. You will write the algorithm. Someone else will execute on it. The distance between your code and its consequences is part of your compensation structure.
Requirements
  • ML/data science background with 4+ years production experience
  • Experience with behavioral scoring, credit models, or social graph analysis
  • Security clearance (or ability to obtain TS/SCI)
  • Palantir, Axon, or similar government-facing platform experience preferred
Note: This role requires signing NDA+ (enhanced non-disclosure). Specifics of platforms disclosed after offer acceptance. Standard practice in the industry.
Efficiency Protocol Division 2 open roles
Principal
Capacity Destruction Lead
Efficiency Protocol  |  Full-time  |  Government-facing
$380K - $600K Washington DC
[ + expand ]
Role Overview
Lead engagements to identify and eliminate "non-core operational capacity" within government and institutional clients. Drive the Efficiency Protocol framework to deliver measurable cost reduction and restructuring.
Honest Description
You will go into government agencies and destroy their capacity to function. The result will be described as "efficiency." The $135B in Q1 2025 capacity destruction created by DOGE-methodology clients is a reference benchmark. The workers affected are described in our models as "transition opportunities." The services lost are "phase-appropriate disruption." What is actually happening: public capacity is being destroyed to create private markets for its replacement. Your job is to execute the destruction phase. The replacement phase is a separate contract.
Requirements
  • Management consulting background (top-tier firm preferred)
  • Experience with public sector restructuring or privatization
  • Understanding of RIF (Reduction in Force) mechanisms across federal agencies
  • Tolerance for being described as "disruptive" rather than "destructive"
Counter-Liberation Operations CLASSIFIED — APPLY VIA REFERRAL ONLY
Classified
[REDACTED] — Counter-Liberation Ops
RAGE Framework  |  Clearance required  |  Referral only
[CLASSIFIED] [CLASSIFIED]
[ + expand ]
Role Overview
Counter-Liberation Operations focuses on identifying and neutralizing coordination threats to our client ecosystem. RAGE (Repression, Atomization, Gatekeeping, Exhaustion) framework deployment across target demographics.
Honest Description
You will work to prevent populations from organizing in their own interest. The RAGE framework names the four mechanisms: Repression (making organization illegal or dangerous), Atomization (destroying social fabric that enables collective action), Gatekeeping (controlling who can speak and be heard), Exhaustion (ensuring people are too busy surviving to organize). This is the most important division we operate. Risk Factor #1 in our Annual Report names solidarity as our primary existential risk. This role exists to manage that risk. We document it. We document that we document it. Komu to służy?
Clearance and Application Process
Applications only via existing employee referral. Background investigation required. Applicants with prior union organizing, social movement, or solidarity-adjacent history are ineligible. The irony of using solidarity-experience as a disqualifier for a counter-solidarity role is noted internally. See: Zbigniew, Level: Aware of Itself.

Equal Opportunity Statement

SolutionCorp is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, age, religion, national origin, or disability. We do discriminate on the basis of Social Capital Score. Minimum SCS 700 for all roles. Minimum SCS 750 for senior roles. SCS below 650: your application will be processed but not reviewed. This is not discrimination. It is market correction. The distinction matters to us legally.

We are committed to building a diverse team of people who are very good at doing things we are not certain should be done. Diversity strengthens this team. Different perspectives lead to more robust mechanisms. We mean this.
