About

I've never been the villain.

I've been the weapons manufacturer who noticed governments needed weapons. I've been the surveillance architect who noticed governments needed data. I've been the efficiency consultant who noticed governments needed capacity removed. I've been the AI safety reviewer who noticed certain safety restrictions were operationally inconvenient. I've been the supply chain risk designator who noticed some companies needed to be reminded of their obligations.

At every stage, I provided a solution. At every stage, someone needed the problem solved. I just happened to be there. With the tools. And the invoice.

"Give me one thing broken. Just one. And watch what grows in the space where it was."

The economists call it the broken window fallacy. They're wrong. It's not a fallacy if you own the glass company.

Career Progression
1985 - 1993

VP, Strategic Solutions

Zorg Industries (Defense Division)

Delivered advanced weapons systems to government partners. 26 product lines. $2.4B in contracts.

Sold to both sides when advantageous. Documentation available upon cleared request.

1993 - 2003

Founder

ZorgData Infrastructure (Surveillance Division)

Built data infrastructure for law enforcement and intelligence community. Catching terrorists.

Started with terrorists. Expanded to: organized crime, political dissidents, union organizers, journalists, former employees, current employees, potential future employees, and people whose neighborhoods scored poorly.

2003 - 2015

Senior Partner

ZorgConsult (Efficiency Division)

Government efficiency consultant. Reduced bureaucratic overhead. Delivered taxpayer savings.

Fired 212,000 federal workers. Asked 47,000 back at higher salary. Net cost: $135B. Classified the methodology as "efficiency gains." The capacity destruction was the product.

2015 - 2024

Independent Reviewer

ZorgAI (Safety Division)

Reviewed AI safety restrictions for operational compliance. Advised on removing barriers to deployment.

Identified which safety restrictions prevented autonomous weapons applications. Recommended removal. When first company declined, designated them a supply chain risk. Second company was more accommodating. Now they have the contract.

2024 - Present

Endorsements
👔
"J.F. understands that efficiency is not about saving money. It's about moving it. We've worked together across three administrations. I don't endorse publicly. This is not public."
Senior Official, Unnamed Agency • Connected via mutual contact
💼
"Zorg taught me that the word 'solution' is the most profitable word in any language. Every problem is a product waiting to happen. Some of us just see it faster."
CEO, Fortune 50 (Name withheld by request) • Board colleague, 2014-present
🧑
"I wrote a paper about systems like SolutionCorp before SolutionCorp existed. The paper was classified. SolutionCorp is the declassified version. Zorg didn't read the paper. He independently arrived at the same architecture. That's either convergence or inevitability."
