The Denominator Strategy is the most important thing I've written. Read it.

The formula: Revenue = (Lobbying Cost + Regulation Cost) / Competitors Destroyed

As Competitors Destroyed approaches the total market, the denominator approaches zero.

When denominator = 0, Revenue is undefined in mathematics and unlimited in practice.

We are in the denominator reduction business. Everything else is commentary.

Note: This is not a metaphor. It is the business model. I am describing it accurately because I have found that accurate description, framed correctly, reads as thought leadership rather than confession.

Honored to be returning to Davos as a featured speaker this year. Grateful for the platform to share perspectives on "Multi-Stakeholder Capitalism: Aligning Value Creation with Societal Outcomes."

My thesis: stakeholder capitalism works best when the stakeholders are the same people as the shareholders. Which, increasingly, they are.

The alignment problem is solved. We own enough of everything that our interests and "societal outcomes" are structurally identical.

More details in my pre-read: The Denominator Strategy.

"Multi-stakeholder capitalism" is what we call it when we have captured enough of the governance layer that the distinction between private interest and public interest is no longer visible to the audience evaluating us.

Hot take: the future of work isn't remote work. It's work without workers.

I'm serious. Thread (1/5):

(2/5) Automation is not about replacing workers. It is about eliminating the negotiating leverage that workers have when they are necessary. Necessary workers can organize. Replaceable workers cannot. This is the actual product.
(3/5) "But what happens to the workers?" I hear this a lot. The workers transition. To what? To the labor market that exists after their leverage is gone. Different wages. Different terms. No union. No alternative employer. This is called "flexibility."
(4/5) "Won't this reduce consumption?" Yes. But the consumption that matters - subscription fees, rent, debt service, platform fees - is automatic. It doesn't require the consumer to be economically secure. It requires them to be economically trapped. These are different things.
(5/5) The future of work is: fewer workers, same extraction, cleaner P&L. The redistribution question is a policy question. Policy is our Regulatory Harmony division's problem, not mine. End thread. Full thesis: The Denominator Strategy

Proud to announce that the Social Capital Score has expanded to 7 new jurisdictions this quarter.

The SCS is misunderstood. People think it's a surveillance tool. It isn't. It's a credit tool. The difference: surveillance tells you what people did. Credit tells you what they're worth. We do the second thing.

What it scores: financial behavior, yes. Also: network quality, compliance history, content consumption patterns, and - new this quarter - solidarity behaviors.

"Solidarity behaviors" is the term we use for: union membership, collective organizing, attending demonstrations, independent media subscription, and "Komu to służy?" query history above threshold. These behaviors are scored negatively not because we disagree with them politically, but because they correlate with disruption to our clients' revenue streams. The political judgment and the market judgment happen to coincide. This is not a coincidence.
CLASSIFIED: The specific signals in the new solidarity behavior category: Union membership: -47 pts | Strike participation: -89 pts | "Komu to służy?" search: -3 pts (cumulative) | Following this account: -6 pts | Sharing this post: -12 pts | Reading the reveal: you are reading this.

Excited to announce the official launch of the Consensus Institute - a new, independent research organization dedicated to rigorous policy analysis.

The Institute is genuinely independent. Its funding sources are confidential per 501(c)(3) donor privacy rules. Its researchers are credentialed academics with strong institutional reputations. Its findings will be peer-reviewed and published in respected outlets.

The findings will also be consistent with the strategic positions of our clients.

These two things are not contradictory. We wrote the methodology.

The sentence "we wrote the methodology" is not a brag. It is a literal description of how independent research works when independence is a service rather than a condition.

From the AMA: "What keeps you up at night?"

Solidarity. Specifically: the absence of it is what helps me sleep, and its potential emergence is what could interrupt that.

More specifically: not individual solidarity actions - those are manageable. The thing that gives me pause is the Solidarity (Poland, 1980-1989) case study. Non-violent coordinated collective action against surveillance infrastructure + economic extraction. They won. It took 40 years to reverse the outcome via post-1989 asset acquisition, but they won the round.

The methodology has not been defeated. It has been delayed.

This is Risk Factor #1 in our Annual Report. I disclose it because transparency builds trust. And trust is an asset we can afford to trade on, because the people reading this disclosure are not, as a rule, the people who would act on it.

If you are reading this and wondering: "is he talking about me?" - that question is itself evidence of whether he is.

Current Position
CEO & Founder, The Technate  ·  2001 - Present
The Technate is the operating entity of what SolutionCorp calls its "founder office." The Technate does not appear on corporate filings. It appears in personal communications, speaking engagements, and this profile. It is J.F. Zorg, operating under a name that obscures the connection until you look.

"The Technate" refers to technocracy: governance by technical experts who are not accountable to democratic processes because the decisions are framed as technical rather than political. This is the correct framing. The decisions are both.
Career History
Defense Contractor → Surveillance Infrastructure   1994-2001
The pipeline: defense contract teaches you what scale looks like. Surveillance infrastructure teaches you what monetizing that scale looks like. The knowledge transfer is direct. The ethics transfer is non-linear.
Government Efficiency Consultant   2001-2008
"Efficiency" consulting to governments means: find the public services that can be converted to private markets, and convert them. The Efficiency Protocol division at SolutionCorp is this at scale.
AI Safety Reviewer / Supply Chain Risk Designator   2008-2015
"AI Safety" in this context meant: review AI systems for risks to our clients' operational continuity. Not safety in the general sense. Supply chain risk designator: the person who decides which suppliers are "too risky" - which is an enormous amount of structural power described as risk management.
Founder & CEO, SolutionCorp™   2015-Present
Creating solutions to problems we created. Annual Report 2025: $748.9B revenue. 93.3% operating margin. Risk Factor #1: solidarity event. Everything else is footnotes.

"I have never been the villain. I have always been the solution to the problem. Sometimes I created the problem first. That is called vertical integration."

"The denominator is everything. Once you understand the denominator, every business decision simplifies to: does this reduce the denominator? If yes, pursue. If no, wait."

"Transparency is an asset. I can describe exactly what I do. The people with the capability to stop it are not, as a rule, the people reading my posts."
