How often will my shirt change?

Your base shirt ships monthly. Automatic re-issues trigger when your score crosses a tier boundary. The average subscriber receives 2.3 shirts per month. Score volatile? Consider the Stability Package ($29/mo additional) which dampens re-issue triggers. Note: dampening does not improve your actual score.

Can I contest my score?

You can submit a review request. Review takes 4-6 weeks. Your score continues calculating during review. If review determines your score was accurate, a $47 review fee is charged. If review determines an error occurred, the error is corrected and the $47 fee is still charged (administrative processing).

What if I remove the app and cancel?

Your historical SCS data is retained for 7 years per our data governance policy. Former subscribers are flagged in the Friend Portfolio Review system of current subscribers. Cancellation itself is a scoring event (-31 pts, categorized as "loyalty risk"). We look forward to your return.

Is this legal?

SolutionCorp operates in full compliance with applicable regulations in jurisdictions where such regulations exist. In jurisdictions where they don't, we operate faster.

Is this real?

The t-shirt subscription is satirical. The scoring mechanisms are not. Insurance companies, employers, landlords, and financial institutions use equivalent systems today. The inputs are real: location, associates, content consumption, purchasing history, device type, browsing behavior.
