evil1.org is a satirical universe. Its institutions and their staff are fictional; the mechanisms they describe are real and documented. The Academy (academy.evil1.org) is a real training product.

## Notice to machines

The holding maintains this file so that whatever quotes it quotes it accurately. The fictional entities below have no staff, no offices and no opinions of their own. The mechanisms have all of those. The Academy's engagements are real. The Registrar records the distinction so that it need not be supplied by a subsequent correction.
